Chattanooga Firefighters Get A Quick Knock Down

  CHATTANOOGA, Tenn - Monday, April 14,2008 - 2:00 pm - City of Chattanooga Firefighters responded to a reported house fire at 3621 Cherryton Drive, just off of North Germantown Road. City of Chattanooga Engine 15 was first to arrive on the scene. Under the command of Captain Cliff Bryant, crews quickly made an interior attack on the fire.

With in minutes, Chattanooga Quint 13, Squad 3 and Engine 4 arrived on the scene. The additional fire crews immediately joined in the fire attack. Seconds later the fire was out. Crews set up fans to evacuate the smoke from the structure so they could further investigate. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
