CHATTANOOGA, Tenn - Thursday, August 27,2009 - 9:00 am - Traffic was brought
to a slow crawl on Interstate 24 Westbound in the Ridge Cut due to a crash
involving a Jeep Cherokee that landed on it's top. The vehicle landed off
the median shoulder, however emergency crews had lanes blocked to be able to
work the crash. Information on how
many people were injured is not presently known, however the heavy rain may
have contributed to the cause of the crash.
