CHATTANOOGA, Tenn - Thursday, December 30, 2010 - 4:00 pm - Emergency crews
with the City Of Chattanooga Fire Department were dispatched with Hamilton
County Medics to an accident in the 2500 Block of Market Street, in front of
Howard High School. When emergency crews arrived on the scene they reported
a two car crash with at least one person injured. Crews quickly started to
work on a woman in a car that had been hit in the drivers side door.
That woman was loaded onto a stretcher and
put in a Hamilton County Ambulance. Medics took her to Erlanger Medical
Center with serious injuries. The other vehicle had three people in it, a
driver and two passengers, however they all refused treatment and transport.
City of Chattanooga Police are investigating the crash.
