CHATTANOOGA, Tenn - Saturday, June 21,2008 - 12:15 pm - City of Chattanooga
Firefighters and medics with Hamilton County EMS were dispatched with
Chattanooga Police Officers to a crash on Highway 58 near Oak Wood Drive.
Luckily, when rescuers arrived on the scene they discovered that nobody was
injured in the crash.After police
arrived on the scene, the circumstance of the crash quickly started to come
into focus. A witness described a pickup truck traveling south on 58,
pulling a trailer with furniture on it. Some how the furniture came off the
trail and into the roadway. The vehicles behind him collided with each other
and the furniture.
Another witness said the pickup truck
collided with a motorcycle, causing the furniture to come off the truck.
City of Chattanooga Police are investigating.
