CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Tuesday, July 28,2009 - 1:30 pm - City of Chattanooga
Firefighters and medics with Hamilton County EMS were called to an accident
on Interstate 75 Northbound near East Brainerd. When rescuers arrived on the
scene they reported a motorcycle down and the driver injured. Crews quickly
worked to package and load the motorcyclist into a Hamilton County
Ambulance. The driver was taken to
Erlanger Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. City of
Chattanooga Police are investigating the crash and have not yet determined
the cause. TDOT Help trucks assisted police with maintaining traffic flow in
the area.
