CHATTANOOGA, Tenn - Sunday, March 1,2009 - 5:00 pm - Firefighters with City
of Chattanooga Quint 21 responded to an accident on Jenkins Road near the
Hamilton Mill Subdivision. When firefighters arrived on the scene they
reported a vehicle had collided with a structure. Luckily the driver and
passenger had already exited the vehicle and only had minor injuries.
Witnesses said the car had went off the
shoulder of the road and through a ditch before colliding with the house.
The small Saturn landed completely inside the front of the duplex.
Fortunately there was nobody living in the side where the car landed. The
family that lived in that side had just moved out days before.
