DADE COUNTY, Georgia - Sunday, March 8,2009 - 12:30 pm - Trenton Fire
Department, Davis Fire Department and Life Guard EMS units were dispatched
to a two vehicle crash on Highway 136 near Larry's Restaurant. One of the
vehicles was reported to have been on it's side with possible entrapment.
Within minutes, Rescue crews arrived on the scene and started accessing the
victims. moments later additional
rescuers arrived and crews were able to free the driver of the overturned
blazer. The man was loaded into an ambulance and rushed to a nearby
hospital. The driver of the other car was uninjured in the crash. The cause
of the crash is still under investigation.
