DADE COUNTY, Georgia - Wednesday, November 25,2009 - 11:00 am - Officials
are investigating why a small car exiting Interstate 24 at Highway 299,
collided with the rear end of a semi tractor trailer on the ramp. Emergency
crews with the North Dade Fire Department and Life Guard EMS were called to
the scene. The driver of the car was injured and did have to be transported
to the hospital. Witnesses said the
driver of the semi had to be waved down because he did not realize he had
been involved.
