DADE COUNTY, Georgia - Friday, October 28,2011 - 10:30 am - Rescue crews
with North Dade, Trenton and Life Guard EMS responded to a reported crash on
Interstate 24 Westbound near the 167 Mile Marker. 9-1-1 callers reported a
car and a semi truck had collided. Within minutes, the first rescue crews
were on the scene and quickly determined there were no injuries in the
crash. Unfortunately there was however some serious damage to the car and it
was blocking a lane of travel. Georgia State Patrol is investigating the
cause of the crash.
