SODDY DAISY, Tenn - Tuesday, October 11,2011 - A blazer crashed on Chestnut
View Drive in Soddy Daisy leaving a tractor on it's side in the middle of
the road. The crash was said to have occurred as a result of the wet roads,
however police are investigating. Luckily there were no injuries as a result
of the crash, however the roadway was blocked.
Police had to call for a wrecker service to
pickup the crash and clear the roadway. R & D Wrecker Service was quickly
dispatched to the scene. Rick Rutherford, owner and operator of R & D
Wrecker Service responded himself. Experience, knowledge and equipment made
clearing the incident up a piece of cake for R & D. The road was completely
cleared and debris removed in short order.
