CHATTANOOGA, Tenn - Saturday, September 27,2008 - 1:00 am - Emergency crews
with the City Of Chattanooga Fire Department, Walden's Ridge Fire Department
and Hamilton County EMS were all dispatched to a rollover crash with
entrapment on Suck Creek Road near the city/county line. City Of Chattanooga
Quint 17 arrived on the scene within minutes and quickly reported two people
still in the vehicle. Quint 17 also reported the crash was just outside the
cities fire district. Within
minutes, Chattanooga Squad 1 and Walden's Ridge units arrived on the scene.
Firefighters all worked together to quickly extricate both patients, a man
and a woman, from the wreckage. Both patients were loaded into a Hamilton
County ambulance and rushed to Erlanger Medical Center with serious
injuries.
