CHATTANOOGA, Tenn - Saturday, September 22,2007 - 11:45 am - Two vehicles,
one of which was a small pickup truck, were involved in a crash on
Interstate 75 Southbound, just prior to the Interstate 24 split. The small
pickup truck ended up on it’s side in the median between the north and
southbound lanes. The car sustain heavy front end damage. Both drivers had
different stories as to what actually occurred. City of Chattanooga Police
are investigating.
City of Chattanooga Quint 8 and Quint 13 were both dispatched with Hamilton
County EMS to the scene. Quint 13 arrived on the scene first and discovered
there were no injuries and no leaks. Quint 13 immediately canceled the
additional fire crew and the EMS crew.
