CHATTANOOGA, Tenn - Wednesday, October 3,2007 - 6:00 pm - Three cars were
involved in a rear end style crash in the 2100 block of McCallie Avenue at
the intersection of Kelly Street. Witnesses said one of the cars was waiting
to turn north on Kelly Street when the other two cars rear ended one
another. All of the cars were traveling out bound on McCallie Avenue when
the crash occurred.City of
Chattanooga Firefighters with Engine 5 and Medics with Hamilton County EMS
Medic 13 responded to the crash. Crews arrived on the scene fast and worked
together to package and load a woman that was in the middle car and also a
man that was in the car waiting to turn. Both of their injuries were
believed to be non life threatening.
Although the crash appeared to be rather
obvious, City of Chattanooga Police Officers are investigating the
circumstances of the crash.
