EAST RIDGE, Tenn - Friday, October 26,2007 - 11:15 pm - East Ridge
Firefighters were alerted of a motorcycle crash at the intersection of
Ringgold Road and Keeble Street. Within minutes the first emergency crew was
on the scene, they reported a motorcyclist laying in the road with critical
injuries and a woman driver of a car with serious injuries. Due to the
situation a second ambulance and a second fire unit were dispatched to the
scene.Several emergency workers
were intensely engaged in aiding the motorcyclist while additional crews
started packaging the woman in the car. The woman was loaded into and
ambulance and rushed to Erlanger Medical Center. The motorcyclist was also
loaded into and ambulance and rushed to Erlanger.
The motorcycle was said to have been
traveling west on Ringgold Road and the cars was traveling east, attempting
to turn onto Sweeny Drive. East Ridge Police are investigating the crash.
