FIRE BREAKS OUT IN AN ATLANTA AVENUE HOME

Monday, January 24,2005 - 2:00 pm - City of Chattanooga Firefighters responded to a house fire at 5312 Atlanta Avenue.

When the first engine company arrived on the scene they reported heavy smoke coming from a single story home.

Firefighters quickly attacked the blaze bringing it under control in a short amount of time, but unfortunately the fire had already cause a lot of smoke and heat damage.

There were no reported injuries in the fire and a cause has not yet been determined.
